We are just finishing setting up with Shiphero and so far the onboarding has been really smooth, everything links like magic to Shopify and the support has been second to none! Even when we had out of the norm requests or queries SH did everything they could to resolve Shoutout to Blake & Andrea (onboarding) and Bel (support) who have all done an amazing job in getting us up and running! - Blake also recommended a few suppliers to help us get custom packaging which has been greatly appreciated

This is an absolute train wreck. Support has 0 clue what is happening. Our support rep answers are always to check the community forums or submit a ticket to be passed up until someone can actually maybe do something about it...so what's the point of them existing except to tell me to get F*#*# as nice as possible and they can't help... For the about $3k/mo subscription the service is absolute trash.

ShipHero team is excellent when it comes to customer service. There's this cute live chat in the ShipHero app, it's amazing. We have never had to wait more than a few hours to get a response from the team. The ShipHero software has some bugs though, a lot of the tracking information for our orders didn't get updated automatically and as a result, we ended up shipping out twice to a lot of customers. Everything is alright so far except for a few bugs in the ShipHero app and the customer service team is excellent.
