From order to delivery processes everything went easily and well. I received my beautifully and thoughtfully packed for safe transit parcel in a timely manner containing my metal sign and wooden plaque with stand and they are beautiful. Brightened my mood and they are just as pictured and expected. Shineful has a very broad range for one's self or for gifts for all areas and occasions and I am happy with the quality. I had an issue with one of several orders not arriving and I reached out. Amelia kindly asked for photos of all I had received and the postage bag labels but I no longer had them. Straight away she replaced the missing items which arrived very promptly by DHL today. They do a lot towards making genuine and honest customers happy with their shopping experience. I ordered a 3-piece bedspread set with beautiful floral horse design as a birthday gift for my daughter. It included a cozy blanket throw with the same horse design as a bonus. Shineful kept me updated with the status of the order and it was delivered on time. We are very pleased with the look of the bedspread set—just as pictured. Since my daughter just received her gift, she has not yet needed to wash, so we can't report on how the fabric will hold up after washing. But, so far we are very pleased!
