Both of my systems had pump failures. If this indicative of quality of the components it's no surprise they went bankrupt.

The devices barely work. Support could not help and when I asked for a refund under their guarantee they ghosted me and removed me from their Facebook group. Very unprofessional

My hose from the water hose to the shine has mold. Can that hose be replaced ?

Like others, I love the product but customer service is nonexistent!! Company is now defunct! Have to make my own solution now. Do not answer phones or emails. Too bad, had promise.

Each of the three Shine cleaners I purchased have different issues: One will intermittently connect, but mostly doesn't. The wifi signal strength is high with any other device in the same area. The second does not spray much anymore, the motor is very weak even when the battery is fully charged. The third will not connect at all, so it hasn't even been used.
