UPDATE: They have replied my ticket and resloved my issue. I purchase an item from them and the provided download link is dead, reached out to support but their contact us page always has issues whenever I submit the form, opened a ticket and I’m yet to get a reply, sent an email too no reply still. The lack of communication is appalling and the reviews I am reading on here are not encouraging at all, I don’t want to believe it is a scam website.

My Final Thoughts: The initial lack of communication and delay in receiving my orders was indeed frustrating. However, the company ultimately delivered on its promise, providing me with the download links for my orders. I appreciate the eventual responsiveness and the effort taken to rectify the situation. I'm glad to report that my issue was resolved satisfactorily, and I now look forward to further engagements with the company. Despite the rocky start, the resolution has left me with a positive impression, and I'm willing to do business with them in the future.
