Needs better package 📦
The packaging was horrible and it looked like it was opened several times over not making it discreet at all

We are very sorry that this has happened to you. We know that from time to time, some of the shipping can be rough on some packages. If there was any damage, please let us know right away so we can correct the issue and file claims if needed. Being discreet is always important and sometimes difficult. We do our best. We have some products that come with basically no packaging and no images for this exact reason. The mailman or kids could open the package completely and still not know what it is. This is very discreet. The drawback is we get comments that there is not enough images or instructions (they are only online). So we understand the challenges of being discreet and are always looking for ways to improve our processes.

One star because I NEVER RECEIVED MY …
One star because I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!!! They got my money though. It's a shame i can't give zero stars. Update 12/18 Ups package was finally located and received. USPS package was not delivered in mailbox and is still not received

Package 1 of 2 shows delivered by USPS to your mailbox. Package 2 of 2 shows delivered by UPS and signed for by your front desk person. Have you checked with your front desk? Two packages, two different carriers, one signed for and you still have not received either of them? We want to make sure this is resolved but you need to check with your front desk.

They emailed me and let me know that I ordered some parts that were not necessary. The parts I ordered were already included in with the swing that I purchased. I found that to be very professional of them, they could have made a couple extra bucks by allowing me to order it anyway. Very pleased with the overall service and product.
