Not sure why there is need for a consultation, ($35), on a second or third order of the same thing for the same patient/buyer. Also there was an issue, probably with the website, that gave me a duplicate order both of which were charged to my card. SC resolved the issue quickly but it did require an extra effort. Also I was offered 15%, then 25% discount if I ordered again quickly. Would have appreciated that on my order to begin with, my third order.

Had some problem with one of my orders not arriving at all. But Seven Cells sent me a replacement order. All my other orders have arrived on time and without incident. So I will give them 5 stars.

Seven Cells is excellent. Their customer service was very helpful when I had a problem with the online interview process. I've ordered their medicine to assist with well known viral infection back in January and continue to order as a preventative measure.

I have ordered items several times and have had no issues. Having the early treatment pack was a lifesaver especially when I couldn’t find the medications locally. Thank you Seven Cells.

Need to place separate orders and not able to put more than one product on an order. Not convenient.

The products are great and the website is good. My big problem is you go through the whole ordering process and the last thing they tell you is they don't ship to your state. That should be up front information
