It was horrible, I will never shop from the name Serta ever again. I ordered a mattress, and I never received it, they kept changing the delivery time and dates. Then they tell you they are not coming reschedule, I rescheduled and they never showed up again, kept changing the delivery time and days. So I told them to cancel my order, I will do business with someone else. RXO IS A CRAZY MIXED UP COMPANY. O star is what they get
