I’ve edited my list of places to shop a lot over the years because the quality and service just aren’t there with many companies anymore. Serena & Lily gets it right, and I am always so impressed with their attention to detail.

I like doing business with Serena & Lily. They have quality employees, from the store front to customer service at the back end. The employees definitely have the customer experience in mind when interacting with me. The products are excellent quality and unique. They use good delivery services. A little pricey - but you get what you pay for. Also have reasonable sales at times. Happy.

I am more than satisfied with my purchases from Serena & Lily. Their products are high quality and timeless. They also pack each item incredibly well so everything arrives in perfect condition. If an item needs assembled upon arrival, they are very careful and do a great job. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Great products except for their percale sheets, which are way too crisp and papery !
