This software interfered with my touchpad operation. I had to remove it entirely.

Hi David! I tried to look into this for you, but you don't appear to be a customer of ours, and we can't see you ever having contacted our support. Perhaps you are mistaking us for a different product? So far as we can tell, there's nothing in our software which would be interfering with your touchpad. That being said, we'd like to to investigate further if you are willing to provide more information. Best regards, James
