HO ordinato un prodotto sul sito e me ne arrivato un altro che non era neanche presente sul sito. Ho scritto all'assistenza cliente e dopo varie mail non mi hanno mai risposto. Il prodotto acquistato serviva per un regalo.

Jeg købte et produkt i en af Sephoras butikker i Polen. Da jeg kommer hjem, ser jeg, at den er gået i stykker (helt ubrugt). Sephora skriver så, at jeg kun kan returnere produktet i butikken, hvor det er købt - men jeg kommer ikke sådan lige til Polen foreløbig. De vil ikke hjælpe yderligere og der er altså ikke noget at gøre. Dybt uprofessionelt af et internationalt firma som Sephora.

I found the perfect foundation in the best skin ever long lasting foundation in colour 21p. It's the first time in my 41 years on this planet that I have been able to just sweep on a foundation, feel fabulous and go! Unfortunately Sephora have ruined it by reformulating and changing the colours, I went instore and the replacement 15n was just yellow on me (not happy) I then tried 18n and even the 21p in the glow version and none of them matched me! I felt and looked like a Simpsons character! Sephora! Don't ruin a great product!!!! Bring back original formula 21p and keep your amazing customer base. BRING IT BACK! BRING IT BACK!
