I’ve definitely had smaller and more personal brands offer to cancel, edit the address, anything to help the customer. Phat reminder to shop at Mecca at all cost.

I always stock up when there's a sale. Consequently, I have a wealth of skin care and makeup products in both of my homes. I just opened a $105 Mural product which I purchased in February. The pump is broken. I went to my local Sephora and asked if there was a trick to using the pump. The salesperson opened it up, twisted it, and said....Oh, it's cracked, that's why the pump isn't working. I tried to exchange it for a working one, but because it was purchased outside the return window Sephora wouldn't allow it. The salespersons suggested I contact online customer service, saying they would vouch for me to assure the customer service rep that no product was used. The customer service rep would still not allow an exchange. So...I'm out $105, as the product cannot be accessed without use of the pump. I will no longer purchase anything there unless I plan to use it immediately, otherwise I risk throwing out more money. Rather, I will purchase from Ulta, unless it is absolutely necessary that I make a Sephora purchase. I've been Rouge for years and years, but...

When I asked a staff member for assistance, she used a program to determine my skin tone and recommended a concealer in the Pearl shade. However, upon trying it, I immediately noticed that the shade did not match my complexion. I mentioned this to the staff member, but she assured me that the program would not provide inaccurate results. Despite my reservations, I purchased the concealer. It has now been a month, and I have not used it, as it is significantly darker than my natural skin tone. Ideally, I would require a shade closer to Marshmallow. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue, as I am unable to use the product. I would appreciate it if you could help me exchange it for the correct shade or offer a suitable solution. Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Kundenservice gesehen, wie diesen. Ein Gutschein, der nicht eingelöst wurde, da die Bestellungen wofür es verwendet würde, gelöscht worden sind. Eine Woche telefonischer Hik Hak, Schrift Verkehr Bla Blub. Mitarbeiter der kaum deutsch spricht mit dem Endergbnis, dass der Gutschein eingelöst wurde. Angeblich hat der Mitarbeiter von Sephora kein Einblick auf mein Kundenkonto und kann auch nicht einsehen, für welche Bestellungen die Geschenkkarten verwendet worden sind. Seltsamerweise kann ich am Ende meiner Bestllungen im PC die letzten 4 Geschenkkarten ziffern einsehen.So sind meine 50 Euro pfusch, ich hoffe die Verbraucherzentrale wird irgendwas dagegen tun. Leider hat Sephora nur ein gutes vielfältiges Sortiment, aber wahrscheinlich kein geschultes Personal. Ich habe selber Jahrelang im Einzelhandel gearbeitet und weiss leider das schlecht geschulte Mitarbeiter einen viel Energie und auch Umsatz kosten. Leider weiß ich den Namen des Mitarbeites nicht er hat sich nicht vorgestellt, wäre auch schön mit seinem Superviser zur sprechen, der ihm diese guten Ratschläge und phenomenalen Ausreden gegeben hat um aus der Nummer rauszukommen. Ich habe nur noch ein Gutschein von Sephora den ich einlösen werde, danach werde ich wahrscheinlich nichts über Online Shop bestellen. Sie irgendwas bestellen. Selbst der 1 Stern geht nur an das Sortiment.
