I had originally written a not so positive review of sensequality thinking I had been ripped off but I'm editing it now. " kerneiil" contacted me the next day and spent over 3 hours + helping me fix/optimize my pc. He's a really nice guy, definitely knows what hes doing and was very helpful. I now feel bad for flying off the handle thinking I got scammed. Communication could possibly be better but service was top notch.

The experience was good overall with better performance. The only thing was the follow up since it was quite difficult to arrange a Second meeting
