I experienced good service, I just had to wait on hold for about 7 to 10 minutes. Other than the waiting on hold for that amount of time everything else was well.

I purchased tickets for Bruno Mars back in November and made sure i bought tickets to see him from the front view.. Not thinking they were going to change my tickets I showed up to the concert and realized those were not the seats i had purchased.. I sent an email right away when i realized the change and got a response that i should have reviewed my tickets before the event. I have purchased many tickets in the past and they have never changed the seats on me when i print them. I called them the next day and they told me they couldn't help me that i had to call the seller. Which i did and never heard back. Tickets were a present for my 10 year old daughter because Bruno Mars was going to be here on her actual birthday in July. Because our seats were changed she couldn't see anything because they sent us side view tickets and Bruno had a roof on his stage. I am very very disappointed with service and the lack of response from this company.. I paid almost $1000.00 for 4 tickets.. you would think they would take care of their customers!!!! And notify them before they changed their tickets since they were purchased 7 months in advance! Order # 21968002

Tried two transactions over a 3 day period, spoke at length with customer service. They offered more expensive seats to replace the ones I wanted, but would not wave their ridiculous ($27.50 fee per ticket) to make up the cost difference. Long wait times to reach operator (12 minutes to be connected and 23 minutes on phone with operator). What do they do with instant downloaded tickets that could warrant a $27.50 per ticket fee? Definitely unacceptable experience - no longer a customer. ----------- Update: I received a note offering a $25 discount to try your service again. Your phone service consultants should have offered that $25 at the time of the issue!! I would have been willing to work on finding other tickets at that time. Unfortunately, now that I've found another ticket broker with a successful transaction, that $25 is too little too late. :-(
