Ive been 24 hrs without service. I paid a year in advance and still have 4 months left and now NO SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE...several messages have been left and NO RESPONSE AND NO SERVICE!!!!

Everything they told me about the fees matched what I saw in my actual reports. They are no extra charges that appear our of nowher which seems good to me and appreciate though.
