Easy to sign my mom up. Price more affordable than others. Easy set up. Tested 1 time haven’t had an emergency that she needed to use yet (hope she doesn’t) but knowing she can get help quick if needed gives me piece of mind. Thanks Angie

I was lost. I knew nothing and needed to have my dad safe. I spoke to a gentleman who took the time to answer every question. Explain everything to me. Made sure this was what was right for my dads safety. I can not say enough great things about these people and company. Works great. No complaints.

Registration was easy by phone for my elderly father who does not have access to a computer. The equipment arrived promptly and was easy to set up in his home. Fortunately he has not had to make use of his call button yet but living a very long distance from him, it gives us some peace of mind knowing there is a way for him to get help if he should fall or has a medical emergency.
