Great Experience with Senior Safety
Casey was very supportive answering my questions on several occasions. I ordered the Home Alert system on behalf of Arlene and from afar. My brother who lives nearby was able to setup the system upon its arrival on 3/14/23.

Hi Doris. The USPS tracking # 420234549405511206203907792581 shows the package was sent from our office on February 14th and delivered just 2 days later to your address in Virginia Beach. Please check outside your home or with your neighbors for your system. As part of our customer satisfaction guarantee, if your system is not there, we will resend another one.
