Straight forward web interface and information was upfront and easy to understand.

Relatively easy to order. Would have been nice to have set of user instructions in packaging for recipient so they know what product can and can not do.

Set up was easy including the test portion. My only complaint is that we requested the wristband but received the one to be worn around the neck.

From the start, Senior Safety was helpful & informative on their products. They were supportive in setting up the system without any issues. My mom had a fall the VERY next day after having the system!! They quickly contacted me & I was able to assist her. Otherwise, she would have been on the floor for hours. Because she could no longer live independently, we returned the system with ease. They prorated our billing. Very professional! Highly recommend!
