Someone called me and said they cannot give me the color that I requested but I told them it was important to me. So they made it happen. I'm really impressed and I will only by my flowers from this company from now on.

After my online purchase, I was offered a $15 or $20 instant rebate. This did not occur because I was in Canada. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with customer service only to be told rebate would not be applied.

The beautiful fresh flower arrangement was delivered the day before Mother's Day, as requested. My mother was delighted with the arrangement as the majority of colors were her favorites, as intended and described on the web-site, supplied and delivered by a local florist!
