Good service. Very fast delivery from USA to London

I have had Sena cases over the years but have never had to deal with customer service. Cases are top notch, quality and what I like. This time they were back ordered. Said they would come mid October. I called late November they did not call me to let me know that it was delayed. Called twice in December. Was told that either I could cancel the order or that they would put it on a rush shipping when it came in. I told them I would not cancel the order so the obvious thing to do would be to rush ship it when it arrived. Of course they did not do that, so when I saw it was being shipped I called and asked about my rush shipping. Ginger the one handling my calls and emailing me tried to pass the blame on to me and I said I never responded about the rush shipping. It’s obvious if I did not cancel the order that I would like rush shipping. It was supposed to come Saturday, it came on Tuesday. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They do not want to admit fault nor when it is their fault or on their end; they do not want to compensate the customer.

Very good quality case.

The case lacks in several ways. I’ve had it just weeks and the corned which hold the tablet in place have cracked into small pieces. It has never been dropped or put in a bag and carried. It remains in 2 places solidly on different tables. I use my tablet when in bed or when watching TV in living room. The corners have crumbled for no apparent reason. Additionally, the tablet cover has no “gripping” power when attempting to use the cover to stand the tablet in various positions if not on a flat surface. I use it in my lap, but cannot get the tablet to stay in a slanted position. A lot of money for no good use.

I do love the case except for one thing. I do not like the power button and two side button covers on this case. The power button has very sharp edges and all of the buttons are too large. The leather Apple case buttons werr so much better

Love these cases! I’ve had one with each new phone I’ve gotten. They’re perfect wallets, good quality and they shop quickly and easily.

I had previously used the wallet case when I purchased my IPhone 6. It literally was my purse. All I needed was my ID and credit cards. When we upgraded to the IPhone 12 I knew that I would need a new wallet. Sena cases are amazing. Keeping their shape and even the smell of fresh leather. Several times I dropped my 6 and never had a problem. Fully protected. I didn’t get my wallet for my 12 for a couple of weeks and my phone felt naked and unprotected in my hand. I would highly recommend because it protects the IPhone and also it is the only thing you need.

I have had sena case for years, on several iPhone’s. Sena Cases are in fact the best case for your iPhone or Android phone what ever model you might have or want on the market today I have never had a case failure or breakdown or even had a broken phone due to the Sena Cases. I would rate Sena cases are the absolutely the best case on the market today five stars!! There Customer Service is 5 stars Also keeping the customer needs and wants in mine!
