These used to be great cases
I have loved Sena cases for years, but this new one is far to big. They used to hold your phone snugly. The leather took time to stretch. Now the phone just flips around in far too much space. Very disappointing. Add high shipping and customs costs and this will be the last Sena case I buy. :( I have an iPhone 12.

Customer service quickly and easily…
Customer service quickly and easily resolved an issue I had with my order (I ordered the wrong size case!). All of my iPhones have had one of their amazing cases. Highly recommended.

Buyer Beware!!!!
Wanted to return the case but they make it so complicated and maddening you finally give up. It will be the last time I purchase anything from Sena. Bad customer service. Stay away from this company!!!!☹️☹️☹️
