The whole experience was super easy and all online. For any real estate transaction, it is not the norm. Ben was very responsive and explained in detail the whole process. I actually purchased my week in the same city I live in which gives me beach and pool access with free parking every day of the year. I have the Time Share rent out my week with more than covers my taxes and maintenance fee.

I had a timeshare from my parents that was never really utilized. The annual maintenance fees were horrible and it would have been better just to pay out of pocket for vacation.
