Jason, we are sorry to learn that our service did not meet your expectations. We are an online marketplace where timeshare owners can advertise their ownerships for sale to potential buyers and travelers. We guarantee to advertise your ownership on our marketplace until you receive and accept an offer. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any timeframe to receive an offer or for a successful sale, as a variety of factors can contribute to this including ownership, asking price, and other market conditions. We are unable to identify your account to research your individual situation as the name used does not match any of our customer accounts. We would like to speak with you - Please call us at your earliest convenience at 1-877-815-4227.

Mark, we are very sorry to hear that your expectations were not met with regard to our services. We are an online marketplace where timeshare owners can advertise their ownerships for sale to potential buyers. Our marketplace is online and global, and we invest heavily in advertising across various channels to drive interested buyers and renters to SellMyTimeshareNow.com, giving the owners we work with the best opportunity to receive an offer and sell their timeshare. Unfortunately, we cannot and do not guarantee any timeframe to receive an offer or for a successful sale, as a variety of factors can contribute to this including ownership, asking price, and other market conditions. However, we will continue to advertise your timeshare and work with you until you have accepted an offer and have successfully sold your timeshare. Customer Service is very important to us and addressing our clients' questions/concerns is our top priority. On 8/13/26, we spoke with you and removed your advertisement as requested. While we welcome the opportunity to publicly address our clients concerns through Trustpilot, we always recommend our clients first reach out to our customer care department at 1-877-815-4227 for immediate assistance.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed experience, Sherri! We’re thrilled to hear that Ryan Bishop was able to provide you with excellent service throughout your timeshare journey. Your patience and persistence really paid off, and we’re so glad everything came together in the end—even with a few unexpected bumps along the way. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned, especially with something as important as a timeshare purchase. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we’re happy our team and the closing company were able to make things right and get everything finalized smoothly the second time around. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Ryan—he’ll be grateful to hear them! Thank you again for choosing SellMyTimeshareNow and congratulations. We’d love to help you find your next property when the time comes!
