They were very simple and responsive. Selling a device isn’t supposed to be a long strung out process and they made it short and easy. I will definitely use again.

They take advantage of you... A working laptop they dropped from 124 to 21 for nothing.... The windows 10 on the device costs more than 21... I only accept because I'm traveling overseas and tight on time.

We can see here you did not attempt to discuss the device condition with us through our members area, and instead accepted the offer after our inspection. Our Inspection Department found and pictured the following issues: https://imgur.com/a/0zf8cl0 Unfortunately, based on the inspection of these devices, the payout was appropriate. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

Bad experience. After I shipped the devices which were used but in perfect condition, they lowered the estimate by 50%. Be careful.
