6 month old epic...used recreationally 2 hrs each week (if that) for 6 months. Had a spot where there was a buzz when ball hit paddle and a dead spot in same location. Sent paddle back. Company took 2-3 weeks to 'test' and came back to me that the paddle was fine. I said that could not be as my playing partner also noticed during play. They said we will not honor warranty. But we will send you a cover free of charge for your troubles! I said what am i to put it on. I don't have a viable Selkirk paddle to put it on! Nor will I buy another! Bought 3 diff brand paddles that have performed well. And, these brands have lesser warranty length than Selkirk! No more Selkirk for me!

Truly outstanding customer service!! Selkirk stands behind their products and brand…quick reply, professionally resolved, exemplary warranty policy, easy return, total satisfaction!…a winning combination…wouldn’t think about buying another brand. Selkirk is exceptional!!
