Amazing experience!

I never used the storage unit that I rented. I reserved and paid for it based on the expectation I was going to need it. I did not need it. You charged me the full month plus deposit for a thing I never used. While I did expect this to happen, the professional thing to do is to refund the money. You did not. I expect this from Uhaul and Penske. I did not expect this from you.

It was great working with the people at Self Storage 1! Very friendly staff and so helpful! Secure place behind gates to haul loads in and out of your storage unit. Would highly recommend to anyone needing storage in the area. Thanks Self Storage 1!

Fantastic service, fast easy paperwork. Cheap, and great move in deal with a truck for 4 hours FREE! Lovely people working there, able to answer any concerns with ease. Would highly recommend this spot.
