Our driver, Sal, was extremely professional as well as pleasant. He efficiently picked us up and dropped us off, taking special care of our luggage at each point.

Had a message from driver as soon as we landed (which was early) and picked us up right away. Very satisfied!

Received a text before I landed letting me know who would be picking me up, their phone number and instructions on what to do after I retrieved my bags. Ark was friendly, pleasant, and a great driver! Got me safely and efficiently to my destination and even offered to bring my bags up the steps since he saw multiple stairs at my drop off point. Great communication, great service, clean car, water bottles etc., I also left my phone in the car, and the driver made sure to come all the way back and bring it to me even though the roads were crazy busy! I will use these guys every time I am in town for business or family time!

The driver, Felix, called ahead to let us know he was going to be two minute late due to traffic. He was super polite and helped with our luggage. The car was clean, and the kids said: this car smells better than ours. 😀 We have used STS before and we will continue to do so. Great company with great drivers.
