Horrible! I choose this screen share because of the recording ability, as it’s critical to my job. The call did not record, because of a failing of their technology. They could not recover it. It cost me a significant amount of money to redo the call. They never offered to even refund my subscription! I repeat...horrible!

Screenleap has functioned well for us and has been quite reliable. The desktop client is VERY simple which can be a good thing, but it would be nice to have more information about the state of the screencast. It would also be helpful to have a numerical display of the height and width of the screen region capture area. I have to ask my casters snip an image of the region and send it to me so that i can measure it for my ingest of the output.
