don’t think it was professional to add a warranty on and now I have to wait for it to be refunded you should have it default with no warranty, but instead you have it the opposite way, and without paying extreme attention everybody hits the button for the wrong way to me. That’s not being honest.
Response from Schwank Grills· Oct 7, 2025
Hi Steven, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for the confusion regarding the warranty/shipping protection. It’s an optional protection that can appear at checkout which we suggest for all our customers. We’re glad your refund was processed and your new order is all set. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope you will enjoy your new grill and reach out to us at [email protected] anytime!

I ordered on Saturday. I don't like it when you claim it has been shipped when you have only printed a label. I think this is bullshit customer service. Just my opinion.
Response from Schwank Grills· Oct 1, 2025
Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. To clarify, when a label is created it means your order has been processed and is awaiting pickup by the carrier, sometimes there can be a short delay before tracking updates to show movement. In your case, the label was printed on 9/29, and UPS picked up the package the next day, 9/30. We never want our customers to feel misled, and we’ll review this to ensure our communication is clearer moving forward. Please know our team is always here if you’d like real-time updates on your order status, you can reach us anytime at [email protected].

Grill is well made, ships rather quickly, set up was easy, used it once and steaks were perfect, hopefully the price could come down in the future to make them more accessable
