The head gear is missing a strap. I bought on the app and picked up and once I got home (30miles). I noticed it is missing parts

One pair of shoes wasn't boxed. Looked like a floor pair. I contacted customer support and they said none of the shoes are bixed. Just hung up in stores. I ordered two pairs and the other pair came boxed as typical shoes would.
