Scheels is simply the best… I had a tree stand fail soon after buying it and they were amazing to work with and get a new stand… From the manager to the loading dock guys, each was kind and wanted to solve the problem immediately for me

The best experience in a sporting goods store EVER. I’ve worked in corporate retail for 20 years, and this is BY FAR the best looking, well-stocked, and engaging store I’ve ever been in. The assortment is amazing. The prices are reasonable. And the employees are so engaged into their jobs and putting the customers first, it’s almost infectious. I walked out in such a good mood because of how well I was treated. 874/10 would recommend.

Sales gal informed me about applying for credit card - no pressure, but it had enough incentive for me to sign up and get a bag I really loved. Normally, I pass on all in-store credit cards. Both she and the gal who processed my application were excellent at what they do.

This was my first time ordering from scheels. Easy to navigate their website. Their prices are very competitive. I ordered online, order was shipped fast and I recieved the order earlier than I expected. Updates were great.
