The fragrances all arrived in perfect condition and on time. I accidentally got a fragrance in a 1ml bottle that I ordered a 5ml of so I reached out and they responded within a couple of hours. They resent the one that I was missing free of charge 10/10 customer service!

I had a minor issue with something and they helped out and were very kind. They were very fast and did a good job!

Great concept, great company! They have all the high end, expensive fragrances and instead of buying a whole bottle and then deciding you don’t like it, at Scent Decant you can buy a small amount for a small amount of money and try it; buy and try several! I received my order the other day and one fragrance sample had been damaged. My email received an almost immediate response and a replacement is on its way at no cost to me. I intend to return to Scent Decant to try lots more fragrances!

Awesome customer service some colognes came in spilt and they helped so much!

Really good experience. As a first timer it was quick and easy. I had one sample that looked like the top was over tightened and it leaked out but they replaced it with no questions asked. Will use again

My order was fulfilled and delivered very quickly but unfortunately one of my samples was damaged while in transit. I contacted Scent Decant and they quickly responded and remedied the issue. The scents are authentic and the customer service is amazing. I will be for sure ordering more scents in the future and recommending SD to all of my family and friends. Order a few products, they got damaged during shipping. They sent free replacements right away. Will definitely buy from them again.
