EDIT: They let me return the perfume without issue. However, I had to cover the return shipping. Beware: In my first order from ScentDecant I received a leaking and dubious-looking bottle of Replica: "By The Fireplace" perfume. But the perfume in the bottle smelled nothing like Fireplace. Both my wife and I could confirm this, and she's ordered the same scent for years. I won't speculate how culpable Scent Decant may have been, but I most certainly received a defective or possibly fraudulent product. This was a rough experience, but since I could return it without too much hassle I adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars for their honesty. I will not, however, try purchasing from them again.
