Yesterday I received my scent. It was Delina La Rosee. And I was really disappointed because the bottle was damaged, almost half of my perfume was lost. The atomiser was damaged and first, I couldn't open it, then it became possible but it doesn't work. This scent is expensive enough, also, I needed to pay custom fees, that's why I expected that all packaging should be perfect, not cheap. The scent is original, true. But service is far from excellent unfortunately. I have pictures and video if necessary. After my contacting to company, they resend me the same scent without charge. So, I change my rate and thanks for the service

I did have an unfortunate experience with my first order here. However, the support team was very helpful and prompt in sending a replacement, which arrived quickly and without any issues. I will be using them again!

Scentbox is awesome! My package was evidently misplaced in transit. I emailed the company and they asked me to do a few simple things to verify my situation. As soon as I did that, they happily shipped out my replacement. No arguments, Nothing ! Thank you so much Scentbox.
