So far I’m loving the subscription! Great way to sample different designer colognes! My only complaint so far, is having to wait for the next box! Tons of options to choose from as well as an option to select multiple fragrances in your box.

I was amazed when I received my first cologne, because every time I go by cologne in the store I look for my favorite scent. I had this scent on my hands afterwards but couldn't figure out which cologne it was turned to be the first one you sent. Choo man Choo. Thanks looking forward for the next one😊

This company is not kosher. They sent me what appears to be fake cologne. I am not an expert so I cannot be sure. However, what I am sure about is their less than scrupulous business practices. I read a response from another reviewer that said they could not cancel their subscription. The response argued that it wasn’t true and all they had to do was as go to ‘My account’ and hit cancel button. There is **NO** such button. Only a downgrade button, to a lesser plan. I will be contacting American Express, to remove the charge. Furthermore, their outer packaging is BEYOND A JOKE. I am a man an it came in a very girly looking gold feminine looking envelope. To the point that where I pick up my mail, the guy jokingly asks: “Are you ordering yourself ‘ladies perfume’ now? Also, when you call, you get a ‘cell phone’ personal voicemail, where the message is: “Mail box” is full! Yeah, full of other complaints!!! This is clearly fraud and they should be arrested for it.

It took two months to receive my perfumes. It's funny because they claimed the service as MONTHLY subscription. Their customers service reply email like teenagers. Don't subscribe.

Due to unreliable shipping (printing labels weeks before actually sending) We cancelled. Seems like the company is being run in someone's garage and a teenager is responding to customers. Good thing there are other options for this type of service!

If you live in Europe I advise you to rethink your over priced purchase, it ships from the USA so get ready for a charge of about 6 euro per package to receive it from customs which they say on the site free delivery, they say they will refund it and they ignore you every single email. Scam website is give zero if I could

My monthly subscription was marked as dispatched on January 17th, but tracking info revealed the carrier never received the package. I emailed scentbox to query in early February and my email was ignored. Followed up with another a few days later and was ignored again. A week later and I have had no response, no acknowledgement and no sign of the item I have paid for. I have now cancelled my subscription and will have to just accept the loss....

Waiting close to 2 months for first order.😡Decided to cancel subscription on website ,they say will contact to confirm cancellation !!Will be going to media and reporting to ombudsman.
