I absolutely love ScentBox, and their customer service is incredibly helpful. I had an issue where I had to pay postage on one of my packages, and I contacted their customer service. They fixed the problem immediately with friendliness and professionalism. The pricing on their mini scents are great, and there’s such a great selection!

I purchased a scentbox subscription as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves getting them monthly. Recently we received a broken sample bottle. I emailed scentbox, they very quickly responded, and within just a few days got the replacement. Im very happy with the service they provided.

Have been using scentbox subscription for years and love it. Good having the option to choose scents you know or have surprises. Points are great too. I love candles so good to save points for a couple of candles or so. Perfect for nights out and travelling. Also use for gifts as it means they can pick their own scents. Had excellent service.

Literally the only thing that allows me to give a 1 star review is there's no option for zero stars. One thing I loathe is being lied to. This company lied to me about them shipping a fragrance I paid them actual money for. They never shipped it. They never even had it in stock to ship. The customer service is the reason this company deserves to desolve into a failed experiment.

I’ve had a few issues with deliveries getting lost in the mail or the wrong item being sent by accident, but their customer service team always promptly makes it right, and it’s my little luxury to look forward to each month.
