We had made an error in the size of the saw blades that we ordered. Thankfully they did have a recording and we were in the wrong. Allowing us to return the incorrect sizes of saw blades & we order 2 of the correct size. Ordered, manufactured & shipped in the same day.

After my order was placed, I was kept informed as to how my blades were progressing through being made and shipped. They arrived when expected and work great. The support videos sent to me before the blades arrived were also helpful, as I was not real experienced in band saw blade handling.

Ordered an upgrade kit for my saw. It came within 3 days. Unfortunately, there were no installation instructions. Reached out to the company on Monday morning at 8:00 and received a call back by 10:00 and was sent an email with a link to the installation instructions!
