The blade wizard for the Delta 28-276 saw gave the wrong blade length. I did not know this until I received the blades and they did not fit. Customer service quickly responded to my request and got the new blades built and shipped.

Very happy to have purchased new bandsaw blades from this company and I feel foolish for not having changed my blades much sooner- what a difference! The product quality is excellent and the customer service was beyond my expectation when I asked for blade recommendations to use for my application. I also have their new bandsaw guide that I used with a ¼” blade and I can say that it was an easy set up on my 14” Jet. This item allows for much tighter curve sawing and is exponentially better than the block type guides that were original to the saw.

Ordering online was straightforward and efficient. Chat help readily available. Delivery was fast, packaging done right. Only wish they had included installation instructions that were a little more detailed than the link they provided upon request after taking delivery. Guides are well made and have improved my bandsaw. 9/10.
