I filtered for pet friendly rentals only, booked a place and then was told it’s not pet friendly. I lost out on 2 places on another site thinking I had a place booked and then was forced to cancel.

Having to be linked with one of their certified partners is not clearly described on their website or in any of the ads. Misleading and quite unfair to STR owners who are interested but not interested in being one a PMS. But hey, a way for them to make money from other sources while cutting out the little guy. Sounds like a money hungry group, and I thought your ads said you were for those frustrated with the big guys. What a joke.

My question was not answered. I was referred to the host for more information and the host never responded.
