Customer service so far has been excellent. Once I receive the product and have it up and running I will revisit and confirm or else change this rating.

We got our sauna as planned and even before the arrival period that was promised. I have a two little splits in wood on insignificant places to report but have not gotten around to it as we just installed it. The sauna is amazing and the sales team was very helpful

Mathew was great at helping guide me through purchasing my first sauna. Made sure the kit I chose was paired with the correct heater and accessories.

The process of deciding on the model of sauna and payment was made easy with the help from John. We are just in the order confirmation stage of the process but so far have been very satisfied with experience.

All the sales reps I spoke to either had my answer right away, or were able to follow up with me later by email. This has given me confidence to purchase from them, vs. other sites. When it's time to assemble and use the sauna, I feel confident they will have my back.
