only half of what I ordered was delivered.

Pricy and 1 item was out of stock.

I ordered 2 bottles of brandy. The liquor store only packaged 1 bottle for delivery. (2 previous deliveries were 5*). The driver contacted Saucey at my request and they said they would contact me with a solution. I have emailed Saucey 3 additional requests. Nearly 3 weeks and I have had no response. My credit card is charged for the 2 bottles. UPDATE 1/18/26 Saucey finally contacted me and is reimbursing the bottle of brandy I hadn't received. I had been sending them weekly reminders.

Took too long

Had to wait over 90 minutes to get my order. Plus service is way over priced for quality of service. Will not use again.

Il primo corriere che è arrivato non mi ha contattato per la consegna ed è tornato indietro, il secondo invece è stato gentilissimo e mi è venuto incontro anche se Maps non rintracciava l'indirizzo, così come il servizio clienti che ha prontamente risolto il problema. Peccato che il prodotto sia arrivato danneggiato e con l'area del cavo di ricarica completamente piena di liquido e scarica, quindi impossibile da caricare e da utilizzare anche dopo aver passato quasi un'ora a cercare di pulire tutta la parte appiccicata dal liquido, anche la parte esterna colorata si è corrosa per metà. Non so se comprerò ancora dal sito perché mi sono trovata ad aver buttato via non pochi soldi per un prodotto inutilizzabile.

I swore the last time I ordered from Saucey, I would not do it again,but like the fool I’am I did and again they screwed up. Twice in a row they sent drivers that did not speak any English at all and could not find my house. I had to walk to them to find them and neither driver did not know what they were doing and did not get the orders right. I think they hire illegal aliens. Never again SAUCEY sucks
