Hey Ricky! Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the product, but we’re sorry to learn about the issue with the dablicator. Leaking isn’t typical, and we put a lot of effort into ensuring our products work as they should. We wish you had reached out to us directly before leaving this review, as we would have been happy to resolve the issue for you. Our team is always here to assist and troubleshoot any problems. We’ll make this right—please check your email!

Thank you for your review and for recommending our products! We’re delighted to hear you’ve enjoyed them through friends and family. I’d like to clarify the situation regarding your recent order. As you noted, there was an issue with the address. While we processed your cancellation and refund, the package was accidentally shipped due to a mix-up on our end. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and hope you’ll consider placing another order to the correct address. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to fulfilling your next order!
