Fast service. Great value. Looks amazing!

Unfortunately I am not happy with my ring , the stone is extremely loose. I waited for ever to get it in moissanite. And I just ain't happy with it.

From the moment I placed my order my experience was excellent. I received almost daily updates and progress reports. My items arrived earlier than expected and they are beautiful I would recommend Sateur to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

The necklace that I bought (trinity) is amazing, it does look like a diamond. The lock is small so if you have big fingers it will be a little bit hard to close, but nothing that ruins the experience. I was surprised about the piece and how fast it arrived. Especially since I live in Mexico and most international companies don’t deliver here. Get your “diamond” ASAP.

Images online are not really fairly representing the product received. I can't judge the stone, however the ring is not matching the image the stone has to create, thus all looking fake. Exchange is not an option, rather a store discount to purchase more, no thank you. Refund did not seem optional either. At the end it is a good "mock up" ring if you want to see how s real stone would fit, but I would be ashamed if my wife has to wear this as the "real thing"

My ring broke, they made me pay for a replacement, the replacement is now 3 weeks late (and counting)

The ring and necklace sparkle beautifully, I love them. The service is excellent. The jewelry was received earlier than journey updates via email.
