Excellent health insurance

It was a surprise to find out that diagnostics from my doctor were not covered.

Balance bill resolution. The education, support, and action provided by the member advocate is such a huge differentiator for Sana. For the first time in my healthcare journey as a “member” I felt like an actual person, respected and advocated for.

You’re not making payments to the hospital in time. I have bills that never received any payments from you that got sent to collections.

Horrible customer service. Not able to reach customer service and when I can, a reply can take days. Not good when you need to get pre approved. My doctors never have heard of this company and don’t even bother to engage it.

1. My copay for physical therapy was wrongly communicted to the provider and wrongly processed (i don't have deductible to be paid for) 2. I visited ortho doctor and they connected with Sana and were told that i don't have to pay a copay while i know for sure that my specialist visit is $50 copay. 3. On December 16 there was only one claim recorded in my account while i had physical therapy multiple times since December 1, and also had that ortho appointment. None of that is showing in my account. I don't want to be paying enormous amount of money when i can pay for my visi a i go. Deeply dissatisfied
