My experiences are pleasant. The people are nice and they know their products. Response time is very short.

Everything so far has been very good. We have not processed any claims yet but the implementation process was superb.

As a small business, you want to offer your employees good choices for health care that doesn't break the bank for you. This is our 2nd year with Sana Benefits, and we couldn't be happier. Finally a reasonably priced health insurance with great coverage. If a provider you currently use does not accept Sana, they simply fill out a form & Sana adds them to their network! There is basically no "out-of-network" provider. My customer service rep is awesome! She is very helpful if I ever have any questions. Benefits are great with a lot of extras like; virtual doctors, 24/7 pediatric virtual care, fitness & wellness at a gym or virtual, and the list goes on. We highly recommend Sana Benefits!

Great customer service! Whenever I email a question, they respond so quickly.

Sana is a smaller company. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but bc they are designed for smaller companies, the employee tends to pay a lot more for insurance that offers a lot less. Most hospitals/doctors have never heard of them, so there's always an awkward moment when checking in or out of an appointment where things get sorted. Then, after it all gets figured out, SANA will send emails, and call multiple times bc they don't have their own records straight. Just a headache. Another odd thing: with just 10 months of SANA I have a stack of ID cards which happen to be cheap paper, almost as though they assume you will lose them repeatedly. I was able to get my grill going with the large stack. :)
