Ashitaba helps with my joint pain
I am taking Ashitaba to help with joint pain. It makes a noticeable difference! I appreciate that they have it loose so I can make my own, no filler containing supplements. The quality is really nice.

Made a huge difference for me
I think Tick Recovery was a big part of why I now feel so much better after years of what I think was Lyme Disease. Occasionally some symptoms come back but I feel better again when I take one "dose" of this a day. That's OK since I happen to love the taste of this mixed with water.
