Hi Chavannes, Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry for the unpleasant situation, but your order was successfully processed and the credit has been added to the phone number you chose. Please note that once you complete payment on the website, the credit is sent immediately to the number chosen and it cannot be retrieved, so always double-check the number on the checkout page before proceeding with payment. You can also find this on our website, under Terms & Conditions: "SalutHaiti.com is not responsible and will not offer any refunds for any loss you may incur in case of mistyping the recipient's phone number, choosing the incorrect operator or entering incorrect information." We appreciate your understanding. SalutHaiti Team

Hi Olivier, Thank you for reaching out! We don't call them "rewards", but there are several ways that can get free credit: -Thank You points for your purchases. You've managed to collect 667.02 at this point, which means that when you reach 1000 you can convert them yourself into $10 Voice Credit for your free calls. -Thank You points when you recommend the service to your friends. Go to My Information tab, Thank You points section on the right, and send invites to your friends with your referral code. When 2 of them place their first order you automatically get 1000 Thank You points worth $10 Voice Credit. -Subscribe to get offers by email. Log in and look for the orange button "Get Offers" down the homepage of the website. Tap that and follow the next easy step. We have constant bonuses and discounts for you. Hope that helps! If you need our help with any of the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support agents, available 24/7. Your SalutHaiti team
