Hi Rose-andree, The service should work smoothly for you, with no major issue registered. So, please reply to the email we sent you on July 22 (also check your Spam folder) or email us at [email protected] mentioning case number 12850077, and please provide more information/details about the issue. This way, we'll be able to identify the cause of your dissatisfaction and make it better for you. Whether that means to fix it on the spot, find an immediate solution or forward it to the relevant department and will be taken under serious consideration for any future upgrades or changes. Also, we have GOOD NEWS. First, you got a present from us, and you can find all the necessary info by email. Secondly, please notice that you've managed to collect 472 loyalty points (Thank You points), and once you reach 1000 (they add automatically for each purchase), you can turn them into $10 Voice Credit to be used for free international calls. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
