Getting a free shipping offer is great
Getting a free shipping offer is great. But when applying it and then being charged 9.99 for packaging feels like a bait and switch. Unlikely to order again.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. Shipping is free, however there is a $9.99 packaging fee that applies to all orders. This charge is not hidden, and shows during checkout as well as on our shipping page. What this charge covers is the styrofoam container, heat or cool packs, packing material, and a containment bag that keeps the temperature stable for the duration of transit. Hopefully the rest of your experience was great!

This experience has been entirely positive. It is easy to order from the site. Any special requests are followed exactly. They send out multiple notifications of when your order is being packed and when it will arrive so that you can make certain that you are home to receive the shipment. I have ordered twice from them and will order again. My fish from both orders arrived alive and are still swimming comfortably in my tanks. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that they do not ship so that your order arrives on the weekend which limits the times that I can order from them since I work during the week. But overall a very positive experience.
