The livestock was healthy and acclimated well. The packaging was sufficiently done. The octopus was significantly smaller than expected, which can be great if you get a juvenile, or not so great, if you get a pygmy expecting a more sizable species. That's just the nature of ordering an octopus though.

Invoice showed free shipping. Then after I paid it showed a 6.99 shipping charge. First and last time I order from theses people. Canceled order. It's not the 6.99. It's the fact they don't honor what they said on the invoice before you submit payment. Appropriate bait n switch for a fish site.

Great experience so far. Order two fish. One died shortly after placing in tank. Was refunded my money within an hour. Highly recommend.
