The only problem I had was the time of length for a return phone call. When the call was returned the sales person gave me great direction and information. I appreciated the time and patience that she spent on me.

everything showed up alive and well. I wish the assorted hermit crabs are a little more assorted. The snails came well and assorted. Their acclamation video and the website said to use the Styrofoam that they were shipped in. Unfortunately that Styrofoam mix I would not recommend using that container . All in all very satisfied .

I always have a good experience with this company. The very rare DOA’s have always been credited promptly.

The only reason i give a 4, is there product is always very little, like new born, makes it hard for the other fish to not look at it as food. I lost one to my clown fish because he caught it and feed it to my anemone.

6 of 8 fish were dead on arrival . Followed all prcedures took photos of dead fish within 5 hrs of delivery. Was given store credit . Which meant i was given the pleasure of repurchasing the shipping container and paying for shipping unless i spent an aditional $79. So fish show up doa i get store credit then pay an additional$40.00 to get fish replaced. Not good business practice. Signed Ron meyer

This is my first time ordering fish online. It was very easy to use the website. It answered all my questions and did not have to guess what kind of fish I was buying. It had a great selection and look forward to receiving my fish.
